1. The promoter

1. The Olympic End of Year Clearance (the Offer) is run by Hervey Bay Caravans ABN 78 093 365 478, 57 Old Maryborough Road, Pialba Hervey Bay QLD 4655 (we, us, our).
2. By placing a deposit or signing a contract of sale for an Eligible Caravan under this Offer, you accept these terms.

2. Offer period

3. The Offer runs from 12:00am AEST Sunday 1 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Thursday 31 December 2026 (the Offer Period), or until all Eligible Caravans are sold, whichever is earlier.
4. To receive the clearance price, a deposit must be paid or a contract of sale signed within the Offer Period. Delivery may occur after the Offer Period by agreement.

3. Eligible caravans

5. The Offer applies only to the nine selected new 2026 Olympic caravans listed by stock number in the Schedule below (Eligible Caravans).
6. The Offer does not apply to any other new or used caravan, to Olympic caravans not listed in the Schedule, or to customer factory orders.
7. Each stock number is a single unit. Where two Eligible Caravans share a model name (e.g. Marathon 17'6), each is a separate unit with its own specifications.

4. Pricing

8. Drive-away pricing — All advertised prices include on-road costs.
9. Drive-away prices are based on registration in Queensland. If you register the caravan in another state or territory, the final price may differ and we will confirm it before you sign.
10. "Was" prices are the prices at which each Eligible Caravan was previously advertised for sale by us. For stock number OL000256 / OL6806 (Javelin X8 20'6), the "Was" price is its original advertised price of $84,970, before a price reduction made online prior to the Offer.
11. "Save" amounts are the difference between the "Was" price and the "Now" price.
12. Prices do not include optional extras, accessories, extended warranties, insurance (other than CTP), finance charges, or any modifications you request. These will be quoted separately.

5. Availability and purchase

13. Only 9 clearance vans available — Selected 2026 Olympic caravans, in stock now. Once one’s gone, it’s gone.
14. Placing an enquiry, submitting a lead form, or receiving a price does not reserve a caravan.
15. We aim to update our website and advertising within 24 hours of a sale, but a caravan may be shown as available after it has been sold. If an Eligible Caravan you enquire about has already sold, we are not obliged to supply it or another caravan at the clearance price.
16. All sales are subject to our standard contract of sale, including our deposit and balance payment terms.
17. Trade-ins are welcome and are subject to inspection and valuation by us. A trade-in value does not change the clearance price of the Eligible Caravan.
18. If you use finance, approval is your responsibility and is subject to the lender's terms, fees and lending criteria.
19. Photos and videos in advertising are of the actual stock where possible but may show optional features or accessories not included in the price. Please confirm specifications with our sales team before purchase.

6. General

20. The Offer cannot be used with any other offer, discount or promotion, and is not redeemable for cash.
21. The Offer is not available to wholesale buyers, dealers or traders. We may limit purchases to one Eligible Caravan per customer.
22. Prices may change during the Offer Period, for example in a December stock refresh. The price that applies is the one advertised when your deposit is accepted.
23. We may correct obvious pricing or advertising errors. If an error affects your purchase, we will tell you before you sign and you may withdraw without penalty.
24. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees, or the manufacturer's warranty.
25. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
